Founders Karen, Nancy, and Nicole came from different worlds—corporate leadership, customer care, and speech therapy—but shared one frustration: the traditional shooting experience wasn’t built with women in mind. Harsh recoil, overwhelming noise, and gear that felt intimidating or impersonal often kept women from feeling truly confident and comfortable on the range.

Hi, I’m Karen! I’ve spent my career building and leading technology and media companies, guiding them from early growth to successful outcomes. My passion has always been about vision; seeing what’s possible and then bringing together talented, motivated people to make it real. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of mentoring women entrepreneurs, raising significant funding for innovative ventures, and sharing what I’ve learned as a speaker and board member.
What excites me most about Whisperchicks is blending that business experience with a mission that truly matters—helping women feel confident, capable, and safe in the shooting world. For me, it’s about more than business; it’s about creating opportunities, building community, and empowering women to step forward with strength and quiet confidence.
When I’m not working, I love time with family, mentoring future leaders, and supporting organizations that inspire growth and change.
Nancy
Hi, I’m Nancy! After years in the corporate world and a successful career in real estate, I’ve always been drawn to helping others—especially women—find confidence in themselves. From supporting women’s rights in sports to community initiatives and children’s safety, my mission has always been about creating spaces where women feel strong, supported, and capable.
That passion carried over into the shooting world when I personally faced the challenges of recoil, noise, and even hearing loss. I knew it didn’t have to be that way. Whisperchicks was born from the desire to make shooting safer, quieter, and more enjoyable for women. To me, it’s not just about suppressors—it’s about transforming the shooting experience, igniting confidence, and proving that quiet can still be powerful.
When I’m not working on Whisperchicks, I love spending time with good friends and cheering on my grandchildren at their sporting events.
Nicole
Hi, I’m Nicole. Outside of Whisperchicks, I am passionate about living a balanced and fulfilling life. As a speech-language pathologist, I’ve built my career around helping others find their voice, which reflects my love for communication, growth, and connection. Health and fitness are at the core of who I am—I enjoy pushing myself physically and mentally through strength training and staying active.
When I’m not working, you can usually find me hiking mountain trails, sketching, or diving into home DIY projects. I also love time at the range, where shooting gives me both focus and confidence. Each of these passions keeps me grounded, creative, and inspired to bring the best of myself to Whisperchicks.
